Colden Students Hang Ornaments For National Impaired Driving Prevention Month

Students from Colden Elementary School are using a holiday tradition to encourage adults in their community to be safe during this special season.

Students from Jordan Maybach’s class visited the Colden Market & Cafe on Thursday, Dec. 16 to hang ornaments created by the students and their families on a tree that marks National Impaired Driving Prevention Month.

The tree will stay up in the store through the holidays to remind patrons to never drive under the influence that their safety is important to the young people of their community in partnership with the Springville Regional Coalition.
