TRANSPORTATION TO NON-PUBLIC SCHOOLS
DEADLINE – APRIL 1, 2021
Parents of students residing in the Springville-Griffith Institute Central School District wishing to submit a request for transportation to an in-district or out-of-district private or parochial school for the
2021-2022 school year must submit their requests with postmark no later than April 1, 2021.
If a family moves into the school district after April 1, 2021, the request must be made within 30 days of establishing residency. The filing of a late request may result in a denial of transportation. Transportation requests must include the name of the student, date of birth, parent/guardian name, address, home and emergency phone numbers, grade, and the name and address of the school to which transportation is being requested. Request forms are available at the Business Office or on the District website at www.springvillegi.org. Requests are to be submitted to:
