All students currently in grades 6-7 and 9-11 will keep their Chromebooks and power adapters (chargers) over the summer. Students currently in grade 8 will turn in their Chromebooks and be issued new devices in September. Students will be expected to bring their Chromebooks during the opening days of school in September. The Technology Department will disable devices on the last day of school and will be reactivating them in the last week in August. Students assigned summer work, such as AP coursework, will be activated individually. Students attending summer school, or summer skills camp will have devices provided on-site. If you have a student who will not be attending Springville-Griffith schools next year, please return the assigned Chromebook to your main office. This is ONLY if your student(s) will not be attending Springville-Griffith next year. Please: Keep the device in a cool and dry location. Do not leave device unattended. Store power adapter (charger) with the Chromebook.

We're adapting to the milk carton shortage! There is a nationwide shortage of half-pint milk cartons, but SGI Culinary is adapting. We support farmers and know the nutritional value of milk for our children. We will continue to purchase milk and chocolate milk that will be offered in individual cups at all grade levels alongside a choice of water and juice. We will continue to monitor this unique situation that is impacting all schools. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. For more information visit, https://www.springvillegi.org/article/1322393.
